AFUSA TEAM SPONSORS
Atlanta Fire United Soccer Association (AFUSA) is a non-profit corporation offering the wonderful sport of soccer to children and adults in the northwest Gwinnett County area. AFUSA is the largest soccer club in the state.
AFUSA provides a soccer program for over 3760 children and over 200 adults in the Gwinnett area annually. Besides regular programs, AFUSA offers TOPSoccer for the physically or mentally challenged children of the community.
The league has two playing seasons a year. Around 300 teams of children age 4 through 18 make up our recreational soccer program. There are approximately 80 select teams that compete against other soccer clubs in the State of Georgia. Our select teams go to tournaments in and out of the state.
Ten percent of your contribution goes to the league to cover administrative costs. Ninety percent of your contribution goes directly to the team. Team expenses include items such as uniforms, training fees, tournament entry fees, travel expenses, equipment fees, and training camps.
To contribute, please complete the TEAM SPONSORSHIP FORM. Return or mail your contribution to the address listed at the bottom of the form. Your check must be made payable to Atlanta Fire United Soccer Association. If your company will be receiving a plaque, it will be sent to the team manager. You will also receive a letter to use as documentation of your contribution.
