Corinna "Cory" Holz

Dear AFU Board Election Committee,

With this email I am submitting my application to become an AFU board member for the term starting January 2019.

My name is Corinna “Cory” Holz - my son Max Holz is in his sixth year with AFU and my daughter Sasha Holz is in her fourth year with AFU. Needless to say that with us being on the fields five to seven days a week, AFU is home to my family.

Over the years I have also jumped in to help out whenever I saw that there was a need to help. I have spent countless hours as an unpaid volunteer and did not mind because I am happy that my kids can do what they love and I can help the club running smoothly.
At this time I am ready to get more involved with the club on a higher level. Due to the skills that I have acquired over the years in running a business as well as being involved with AFU, I am very confident that I can be a great asset to the AFU board.

AFU-related Qualifications:
• Season 2013/14: Team Manager U11 Silver Boys (Coach Dane Chancey)
• Season 2014/15: Team Manager U12 Gold Boys (Coach Sergio Pererya
• Season: 2016/17: Team Manager U11 Silver Girls (Coach Marry Morris)
• Season: 2017/18: Team Manager U12 Gold Girls (Coach Kara Tavani)
• Seasons 2015-18 Co-Team Manager U13 - U15 ECNL Boys (Coach Stephen George)
• Season 2018 Super Y: Team Manager for U15B Man City
• Season 2018 Super Y: Team Manager for U13G Bayern Munich - season is still on-going due to girls having qualified for National Finals in December
• AFU Brand Manager and Communications since 2015

Other Qualifications:
• Business owner since 2004
• Estates and Reserve at Foxdale HOA board member 2014-17

Dan Rosenmeyer

I am currently a member of the AFUSA EBOD whose term is expiring serving as Chairman. Have been on the EBOD for 6 years.
All of my 3 Daughters grew up with the Club playing in various levels of competitiveness from low to higher levels. Started in the early 2000’s when our Club was known as West Gwinnett Soccer Association. I have lived through the growth of the AFUSA Family and from my experiences feel that I offer a unique perspective as we continue our mission and purpose. I have volunteered for many years
both officially and unofficially for the Recreational, Academy and Select programs. Although I no longer have children playing with the Club I believe in what it stands for and hope to continue being involved and support our Mission from an outside perspective.
Work experience: Director, Commercial & Publication Sales / Resolute Forest Products.

I have two sons. One plays U13 Elite, the other is 14, and is a referee. As a team manager for the past few years, we've been fortunate to work with great coaches and families. AFU is not only where my son plays soccer, but where I have invested endless volunteer hours.
