Overview

TOPSoccer is a community-based training and team placement program for athletes with disabilities between the ages of 4 and 19 with intellectual, emotional, and or physical disabilities.The program strives to provide soccer opportunities (the opportunity of soccer) for players to develop at their own pace in a safe, fun, and supportive/inclusive environment. The goal of this program is to enable young people with disabilities to develop their physical fitness, technical skills, courage and self-esteem, through the joy and excitement of playing soccer.
