FORGE: Technical Development Series

Program Description

Forge is a skill-focused program designed to bridge the gap between recreational and academy level play for children aged 7-11 (birth years 2014-2018). We focus on enhanced skill development and a more competitive training environment, preparing players for higher levels of soccer.

Newly added for Fall 2025 will be FORGE for Goal Keepers, focused on technical development specific to this position.

Fall 2025 Season Details

Age Group: 7-11 years old (Birth Years: 2014-2018)
Cost: $165 for Field Player or Goal Keeper, $300 if registering for both at once.
Location: George Pierce Park (Suwanee)
Skill Sessions:
- One session per week on Sundays (choice for Field Player, Keeper, or both at registration)
  - Field Players at 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  - Goal Keepers at 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
- Session Dates:
  - September 7th
  - September 14th
  - September 21st
  - September 28th
  - October 5th
  - October 19th (Skipping October 12th due to Fall Break)
  - October 26th
  - November 2nd

What to Expect

Advanced skill training and tactical awareness.
Competitive training environment.
Emphasis on player development.

What to Bring

Appropriate soccer attire (jersey, shorts, socks).
Shin guards (required).
Soccer cleats.
Water bottle.
Soccer ball:
- Size 3 (U8)
- Size 4 (U10-U12)

Use the provided link to access the registration page. Fill in your details, including the email and password you'll use for your PlayMetrics account, and click "Create Account."
Check your email inbox for a verification email from [email protected] with the subject "Verify Your PlayMetrics Account." Click the "Confirm Email" button within that email to verify your address and finish setting up your parent/guardian account by entering your contact information.
Add the information for each player you intend to register.
Based on the player details you've entered, you will see a list of programs that are available for each of your players.
Select the appropriate program and complete the registration process.
