FK Drina Zvornik (Bosnia & Hercegovina), SG Wattenscheid 09 (Germany), DJK TUS Hordel (Germany)

Mustafic’s playing career began in his native country Bosnia & Hercegovina, where he was regarded as one of country’s top talents and was selected for the regional team of B&H.  Mustafic continued his playing career in
Germany playing for the professional academy at SG Wattenscheid 09, settling with his family in USA in 1999.  

Mustafic who started his coaching career in 2000 with Atlanta Fire has extensive experience at every level of soccer development.  The last few years he has worked at Concorde Fire Soccer Club before moving back to Atlanta Fire.  At Atlanta Fire Mustafic served in the role of Director of Coaching transitioning to the Executive Director of
Coaching. He received his Bachelor Degree in Science from St. Marien School of Nursing in Germany. Coach Mirza is married to Sanela for 21 years and has a son Omar and daughter Adela.


Garth Pollonais

25 years of coaching college and youth ranks at various levels.

Playing background/experience:
Former professional player who played for several professional sides including Tampa Bay Rowdies, Charleston Battery, Raleigh Flyers, etc. Represented his native country, Trinidad and Tobago on international level.

Pollonais a Hall of Fame inductee at Erskine College has recently served as USDA Academy Director as well as Director of Player Development for Texans SC Houston. Prior engagements include USDA Academy Director at Concorde Fire Soccer Club, Director of Coaching at Clearwater Chargers Soccer Club, as well as Head Coach for the Men’s and Women’s programs at Erskine College.  He received his BA in Psychology from Erskine College.  Garth is married to Kim and has one daughter Alexis.

Gregg's soccer playing career included playing at the ConcordeSoccer Club for 11 years as a youth player, playing for theDunwoody High School Men's Varsity Team for 4 years whilecaptaining the team his senior year, and playing at FlaglerCollege for 4 years.

Gregg's club soccer coaching career started at the Atlanta FireUnited Soccer Association 20 years ago. He has also been amen's varsity high school soccer coach for 15 years. At Duluth HS, histeams reached the state championship game in 2003, and thestate semifinals on 2 other occasions. In addition, he has beenthe director of the Tavani Soccer Camps for 16 years, and hereceived the GYSA boy's club soccer coach of the year in 2004.In regards to coaching licenses, Gregg has a USSF 'A' License and National Youth License.

Gregg has a passion for coaching the most popular sport inthe world & the beautiful game of soccer. In addition,he enjoys developing players into the best players & peoplethey can become while using a coaching style that is bothfun & intense. Gregg lives in Johns Creek with his wife Tracy,and 2 kids Emily & Brian. Finally, he has been a high school Social Studies teacher for 20 years, an Advanced PlacementGovernment & Economics teacher for 7 of those years, andhe received the Duluth HS Teacher of the Year award in 2009-10.

To challenge and develop young players to become both technically capable and tactically sound in an environment that impassions long term success in young athletes.I coach at the academy, ECNL and high school level and I work as hard as I can to support and improve the players on my teams to become the very best they can become.

Personal Info:
Grew up playing locally at West Gwinnett Soccer Club. Attended UGA in the Honors Program for Undergrad, Masters Degree from Piedmont College. 16 years club coaching experience in both academy and select.ODP coach for 5 years.
17 years as a High School teacher and coach. Currently teaches AP World History at Mill Creek High School and is the Head Women’s Varsity Soccer Coach.Married to wife Kristi and two daughters, Maryn and Barrett.

Domenic Martelli

26 years of coaching college and youth teams at various levels.

Playing Background/Experience:
Martelli’s playing career began on those very same club teams he later coached. He was a member of the Empire State Games Boys Scholastic Team in 1984 and Open Men’s squad in 1987, earning a silver medal. His on-field days culminated with a standout career at Ohio State, where he was a four-year team member from 1985 to 1988.

Experienced College coach (West Point, Georgia State University Georgia Gwinnett College), current High School coach and former player at the ODP, College, and Pro levels, Domenic Martelli has been an ECNL head coach at
Atlanta Fire United since January of 2015.  He is also currently in his 4thyear as the Head Boys and Girls soccer coach at Pinecrest Academy. Martelli has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University, and a master’s degree in elementary education from Mount St. Mary’s College.

Domenic and his wife, Kirsten, are the proud parents of their daughter, Brielle, a Sophomore at the University of North Georgia, and their son, Nicolas, a Junior at Pinecrest Academy and a member of boys 2002 AFU ECNL team.
