Join the AFU Master Skills Program!

This skill-training program is focused on U8-U14 competitive players and will develop skills such as dribbling, shooting, and passing and focus on tactical topics such as decision-making, transition, movement, and creating scoring chances in a competitive, fun environment.  Players will participate in challenging skill development activities from around the world.  Players from any soccer club can attend. 

This is a supplemental program available for U8-U14 Academy and Select players who are looking for additional training.

• Designed for 6-13 year old competitive players desiring additional skill training.

• Challenging training sessions are a key ingredient to the personal development of the player.

• Every session focuses on a different technical topic such as 1v1 dribbling fakes, passing combinations, receiving, and shooting.

• Opportunity for additional training from licensed Academy and Select coaches at AFU.

• Each training activity will help players improve technically (skills), tactically (decision-making), physically (fitness) and psychologically (mental toughness).

Session Progression:

This is what a typical session looks like:

• Warm-up

• Technical Activities (dribbling, passing and shooting)

• Small-sided Games

• Scrimmages
