Classes will be run by Kristina Hayes, a certified personal trainer who has been in the business for nearly 20 years.
Class will include include everything from strength training, conditioning, flexibility, agility, balance and more!
In the event of inclement weather fitness class will follow GPP field closures for cancelations.
Just bring your tennis shoes and water and come on out and get a great workout in!
